How to Apply:
- To apply, candidates can visit the UHS website and fill out the available application form. The candidates must pay the prescribed fee through bank challan at the National Bank of Pakistan (A/c # 3164498127) Sheikh Zeyad Hospital branch Lahore OR deposit the same amount in the university online account number (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) under account title “CE UHS”.

- Candidates are advised to complete the application by writing personal information, educational information, experience, etc.
- Candidates must fill out the form along with attested copies of educational documents, degrees, and certificates, CNIC, passport-size photographs, and original bank challan slip, and forward the application to the office of the Human Resource Department, Room# 42, University Health And Science, Khayaban E Jamia Punjab Lahore.
- The application must arrive before 23.11.2023 during working hours.
